practice mind-reform without contradicting other commitments
avoid reckless behavior
avoid being bias
make changes to your aspiration intensify while remaining natural
do not critisise the faults of others
do not contemplate others faults
abandon all hope for results
abandon poisonous food
be grudging with your delusions
do not retaliate to abuse
do not wait in ambush
do not pinpoint the weaknesses of others
do not use others as scapegoats
do not missuse the dharma
never aim to be the quickest to the top
do not cause happiness by causing others suffering
on vacation from mundane goals, normal-victory
looking for something completely different out of all of their relationships. happiness of the other - let the enemy have the vicory
